Dr. Turner and her staff are extremely caring about the comfort of her patients. I'm always impressed by how thoughtful they have been while deciding each aspect of a visit. When the hygienist is going to need to open your mouth to look at your teeth, they will ask you if you would like chapstick to prevent your lips from being damaged. When they need to shine the big light into your mouth, they will offer sunglasses to protect your eyes. Dr. Turner is also encouraging, open, and honest about the treatment plans and why they should or shouldn't be taken. I've enjoyed being her patient for about 8 years.

Hands down, the best dentist I have been to. I have seen dentists here, NH, and Seattle area, and Dr. Gadol and her team are the best! From the front desk staff to the hygienists, everyone is so very friendly and kind. Shawn, my hygienist, is fantastic...he is very thorough, ensures you really have a clear picture about what is going on with your teeth, and explains everything completely. He performed the best cleaning on my teeth I have ever had. Dr. Gadol is very friendly, kind and thorough. She approaches her practice with professionalism along with some good humor. With other dentists in the past, I felt very rushed or like they were too busy to spend much time chatting or taking care. I felt the complete opposite with Dr. Gadol. I felt entirely at ease with her and she took her time and was very accessible. Honestly, my entire experience at this dentist office was stress free. I have some upcoming work to my teeth involving fillings and I have absolutely no stress or worry at all about that. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place! Stop looking.

I usually absolutely hate going to the dentist but I went here today for the first time and had a great experience. Their staff and Dr. Turner were all suuuuuper friendly and helpful today when I went for my first appointment as a new patient. This was far and away the best dentist appointment I've ever had-- they spent a lot of time doing a comprehensive visit and made me feel very comfortable. If you're like me and you get anxious just thinking about being in the tooth torture chair, go give them a try.

My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for a dentist that would be willing to discuss the details of their recommendations with us, and weigh the pros and cons of treatment. We had a poor experience elsewhere in Durham; the other dentist wanted to do more fillings than I have had in my lifetime! Dr. Gadol and her assistants carefully checked our X-rays, did an exam, and based on the combination suggested a much more modest treatment plan, with the idea that there are some other areas to watch with future visits. They also had great recommendations for home care and treatments. I also love that they photograph the teeth for comparison later - smart! Overall I think the office staff, assistants, and Dr. Gadol are all very personable and professional. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Amy is THE BEST! She always makes sure you’re comfy and cozy. They go above and beyond to make you sure you have the best experience. I highly recommend her. I’ve never been so comfortable in the chair.

We love coming to the dentist! It's the truth! It's funny that you never hear anyone say that. Dr Turner and her team really care for us and our health. Even though we drive a long distance we've been patients for years and always will be! No matter how old you are it's never to late to start flossing!

I had a wonderful first visit here. Dr. Turner truly listens and makes you feel heard, which is rare. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, involving me in my treatment rather than simply telling me what to do. I never felt pressured into expensive procedures—instead, we discussed options and will work together to find what’s best for both my needs and my budget. The staff is kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I’m so glad I found this office.

Dr. Turner and her staff are the best. I've been going there for about four years now. Everyone at the office is kind and attentive. The patient's comfort comes first - from asking me what music I'd like to listen to while they're filling a cavity to going out of their way to ensure my physical comfort during and after procedures. You can tell that everyone there really enjoys working there, and they work well together, which makes the patient experience exponentially better. I recommend Dr. Turner's office to all my friends.
